"I began studying Jin Shin Do Acupressure, Chi Nei Tsang Organ Massage, and Qi Gong in 1991 and have been practicing Taoist Internal Alchemy since 1991. I have been teaching Qi Gong classes since 1996, I practice qi gong and meditation two hours a day. I lived at Silent Ground, a Taoist retreat center between 1991-1996 where we practiced breath work and qi gong meditations for 10 hours a day. I do Medical Qi Gong sessions on-line as well as in-person. I also practice Shamanic Chinese Medicine, Channeling, and Space Clearing. I have studied Feng Shui. I bring warmth, integrity, and a spiritual and energetic depth to healing sessions."
